Hey, I’m Amber 👋 a software engineer, speaker, community builder, and consultant.

I was alarmed when I learned that 50% of women in tech leave the tech industry by the age of 35 - this isn't just a number, it's a symptom of a broken system. It was the driving force in me founding She Bytes Back, the empowering community for Gen Z and millennial women in tech.

I help women in tech to build their confidence, lean in for support, and level up their public speaking skills through events, keynotes, and trainings.

I've collaborated with leading organisations like BrainStation, Depop, and Planes Studio to create impactful and memorable events dedicated for women in tech to advance career development and confidence.

When I’m not working my Software Engineer role, I’m delivering powerful keynotes and workshops that impress the likes of Sage, Kraken Technologies, Salesforce, PwC, and Capgemini to name a few.

My mission is to help women in tech be seen, advocate their work, and improve their public speaking skills so we’re not only having a seat at the table, but we’re speaking up and being heard when we’re there.

So, if you’re ready to make a change, and empower the next generation of tech leaders, let’s connect and start levelling up on the skills that will leave a lasting impact on women in tech.

Amber founded She Bytes Back which hosts regular in-person events for women in technology to build connections, break down barriers and create opportunities.
